By booking a tour package or using the services of DM Holidays Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), you ("Traveler", "Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- Any verbal commitments are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.
- Bookings made on behalf of others are binding on all travelers named in the booking.
2. Payment Terms
- Domestic Tours: 25-30% advance at booking; balance 7 days before departure.
- International Tours: 50% advance at booking; balance 15 days before departure.
- Payment methods accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to GST.
- Prices may change due to fluctuations in hotel rates, fuel, exchange rates (for international), or taxes.
- The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations for international tours.
3. Pricing Policy
- All prices are per person on twin sharing basis unless stated otherwise.
- Single occupancy supplement applies for solo travelers.
- Child pricing: Children below 5 years (no extra bed) are complimentary. Children 5-11 years with extra bed are charged at 50-75% of adult cost.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only upon booking.
4. Changes to Booking
- Changes to tour dates, hotels, or itinerary must be requested at least 15 days before departure.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The Company reserves the right to make necessary changes to itinerary, hotels, or transport due to operational reasons without prior notice.
- In case of significant changes, the Company will inform the traveler and offer alternatives.
5. Cancellation Policy

Note: Flight/train tickets, visa fees, and third-party bookings have their own cancellation policies.
6. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each package clearly lists what is included and excluded. Standard exclusions include:
- Air/rail tickets unless specifically mentioned
- Personal expenses (laundry, tips, phone calls, mini bar)
- Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
- Entry fees not mentioned in inclusions
- Adventure activities, optional excursions
- Travel insurance
- GST @5% on total tour cost
- Any expense arising from delays, weather conditions, or force majeure
7. Liability
- DM Holidays acts as a tour organizer and is not directly responsible for services provided by third parties (hotels, transport, airlines).
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death arising during the tour unless directly caused by the Company's negligence.
- The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the tour cost paid by the client.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof, passport (for international), and relevant visa.
- Travelers must arrive at departure points on time. No refund for missed departures.
- Travelers must behave responsibly and not damage hotel property or disturb other travelers.
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Company will work to minimize disruption and offer best possible alternatives.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
