Payment
We accept all major payment methods including: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS/RTGS bank transfer, Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net banking, and Cash payment at our Delhi office.
For domestic tours: 25-30% advance to confirm booking. For international tours: 50% advance required. The balance amount needs to be paid 7-10 days before departure. Contact us to discuss payment schedules.
The displayed package prices generally exclude GST. A 5% GST is applicable on the total tour cost as per Government regulations. The final invoice will clearly show the GST amount separately.
Yes, we offer flexible payment options. For most tours, you can pay in 2-3 installments. The final payment must be completed before departure. Please discuss your preferred payment schedule with our team.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy: 60+ days before travel: 90% refund | 30-59 days: 75% refund | 15-29 days: 50% refund | 7-14 days: 25% refund | 0-6 days: No refund. Note: Hotel/flight cancellation charges are additional and depend on supplier policies.
Date changes are allowed subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original departure. Last-minute date changes may not be possible or may attract higher costs.
In the rare event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government advisories, etc.), we will offer you: (1) Full refund of amounts paid, (2) Option to reschedule to another date, or (3) Alternative tour of similar value.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation. The amount is refunded to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional days depending on your bank.
