At DM Holidays, we understand that plans can change. We have designed a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to protect both our travelers and our business operations.
1. Cancellation by Traveler
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp) to info@dmholidays.in. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
1.1 Standard Domestic Tour Cancellation

1.2 International Tour Cancellation

1.3 Special Conditions
- Peak season bookings (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, summer vacations) may have a stricter cancellation policy.
- Festival special packages are non-refundable after 45 days from departure.
- Flights, visa fees, and advance hotel payments have their own cancellation charges as imposed by the suppliers.
2. Cancellation by DM Holidays
DM Holidays reserves the right to cancel a tour in the following cases:
- Insufficient bookings (group tours with minimum pax requirement)
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest
- Government travel advisories or restrictions
- Force majeure events beyond our control
In such cases, we will:
- Provide a full refund of amounts paid, OR
- Offer an alternative tour of equivalent value, OR
- Issue a credit voucher valid for 12 months
3. Rescheduling / Date Change
- One free date change allowed if requested 30+ days before departure (subject to availability).
- Date changes within 30 days are treated as cancellation and rebooking.
- A rescheduling fee of ₹500-₹2,000 per person may apply based on the tour.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account, card, UPI).
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.
- Cash refunds are available for cash payments.
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) if applicable will be deducted as per IT regulations.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Visa fees and processing charges
- Travel insurance premiums
- Airline/train tickets with non-refundable fare rules
- Adventure activity advance deposits
- GST paid on services
6. How to Cancel
- Send a written cancellation request to info@dmholidays.in
- Include your booking reference number, tour name, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours
- Refund calculation will be shared in writing
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding refunds, please contact our Customer Service Manager at info@dmholidays.in. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 working days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
