1. Cancellations by You

In the event of tour or travel service cancellation for any reason, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive written notice, as follows:

  • 45 Days Prior to Arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 15 Days Prior to Arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost
  • 7 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
  • 48 Hours Prior to Arrival or No Show: No Refund

Note: Written cancellations are accepted on working days only. Cancellations sent on Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

For the Christmas and New Year period (December 20 to January 5), payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel after the trip has commenced, refunds will be limited and depend on what we can recover from hoteliers/contractors. We do not provide refunds for unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.

2. Cancellations by Dm Holiday

In the unlikely event that Dm Holiday needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will also make every effort to assist you in finding alternative accommodation or transport options.
